Tendons connect muscle to bone.

They are made of bundles of collagen fibers that make them very strong..

They are vital to the human body for all our daily activities by stabilizing joints along with ligaments.

But tendons are vulnerable.

WEAKENING OF TENDONS

Tendons can weaken, especially in the following cases :

  • rest the joint
  • apply an ice pack for half an hour on the sensitive area
  • get appropriate treatment.

Ask your pharmacist or doctor for advice. Some herbal medicines like turmeric and boswellia serrata can be used to reinforce the tendons.
