Elle permet leurs mouvements de fa\u00e7on harmonieuse.<\/p>\r\n<p>On distingue en fonction de la mobilit\u00e9 <strong>trois types d\u2019articulations<\/strong>:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><strong>Articulations mobiles<\/strong> qui permettent des mouvements \u00e9tendus (genou, cheville, \u00e9paule, coude, hanche\u2026)<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Articulations semi-mobiles<\/strong> qui permettent peu de mouvements (comme celles reliant les vert\u00e8bres entre elles).<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Articulations immobiles<\/strong> qui ne permettent aucun mouvement (comme celles reliant les os du cr\u00e2ne).<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2><strong>Articulation mobile saine<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><strong>Le cartilage articulaire :<\/strong> le cartilage est le tissu nacr\u00e9 et lisse, non vascularis\u00e9, qui <strong>recouvre et prot\u00e8ge <\/strong><strong>les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s osseuses<\/strong> de toutes les articulations. Il forme un coussin \u00e9lastique qui <strong>permet aux articulations d\u2019amortir les chocs<\/strong> lors de nos mouvements.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>La capsule articulaire <\/strong>: la capsule articulaire entoure et d\u00e9limite les articulations.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>La membrane synoviale <\/strong>: la membrane synoviale tapisse la face interne de la capsule articulaire.
