Difficulties to move?

Joints become more sensitive with age

Over time, the cartilage tissue becomes increasingly thin and loses its flexibility.
The first signs generally appear at the load-bearing joints: knees, hips, etc.

The back, hands and elbows are also  particularly affected areas.

This phenomenon mainly affects people over 65 years of age.

The joint mobility may have an earlier evolution in athletes and people who have a particularly strenuous or repetitive physical job.

Factors like family history, overweight or a previous accident (fractures, traumas, etc.) can also play a role.

At an advanced stage, movements become difficult and uncomfortable and stiffness occurs.

It can become very difficult to tie your shoelaces, walk, get dressed,…

WHAT TO DO ?

Keeping the joint in good health requires a multidirectional approach for optimal and lasting comfort. Some herbal medicines like turmeric can be used to maintain joint flexibility.

Do not hesitate to ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice.
